By creating an account, purchasing a course, or accessing any content on Marketly Academy, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy.

2. Account Registration

You must create an account to access certain features. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities under your account. You must provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration.

3. Purchases and Payments

All purchases are subject to the following:

• Prices are displayed in the currency selected at checkout and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
• Payment is processed through our third-party payment provider, PawaPay. We do not store your payment credentials.
• Upon successful payment, you will receive access to the purchased course or eBook.
• All sales are final unless otherwise stated in our refund policy.

4. Refund Policy

We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If you experience technical issues or believe a course does not match its description, please contact our support team within 14 days of purchase for assistance. Refund eligibility is determined on a case-by-case basis.

5. Intellectual Property

All content on Marketly Academy, including course materials, eBooks, videos, quizzes, and supporting resources, is the intellectual property of Marketly Academy or its licensors. You are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use this content for personal, educational purposes only. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works without explicit written permission.

6. User Conduct

You agree not to:

• Share your account credentials with others.
• Download, copy, or redistribute course content without authorization.
• Use the platform for any unlawful purpose or in violation of applicable laws.
• Interfere with the security, integrity, or performance of the platform.
• Harass, abuse, or harm other users or instructors.

7. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time if you violate these terms or engage in conduct that we determine, in our sole discretion, is harmful to the platform or its community. Upon termination, your access to purchased content may be revoked.

8. Limitation of Liability

Marketly Academy shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to your use of the platform. Our total liability for any claim arising from these terms shall not exceed the amount you have paid to us in the twelve months preceding the claim.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. We will notify users of material changes via email or through the platform. Continued use after changes constitute acceptance of the revised terms.

10. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Zambia. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Zambia.
